THANKSGIVING...FOOD, FAMILY AND FUN!

We had a great Thanksgiving Day. Mom was in town and so she had everyone over to her place for lunch. I'm so glad I got to have mom's home cooking and of course everyone else that brought food, it was delicious too. I am so glad that mom got to be here to give us some sense of normalcy around the holidays. This seems to be the time when loved ones that are gone are missed so much. We sure miss dad and I was also thinking of Sean's aunt Darlene who lost her dad this year in April and my friend Candy who is missing her grandpa and my 2 grandpas, Cliff and Andy who are missed so much by all the fam. I am thinking of you all and praying that you have a wonderful holiday season remembering the good times already had and those that are to still come...and yes, believe it or not, they do still come... Well, I sure do appreciate your kindness Mr. Potato Head. Thank you for letting me borrow your glasses.

Tyger makes this face at Ben and he does it back. He breathes really hard in and out of his nose. It's hilarios! Does that look like a little stinker or what?

A little B-Day fun!

You know that movie called The Christmas Story, about the little boy who wants the BB gun for Christmas? The part where the little brother acts like a piggy at the table. Well, Tyger can do a pretty mean impression of that scene. Little Goof! Daddy freaks about the mess.

Hudson had his award ceremony last night for Basketball at Peter Piper. This is him with his coach, getting his trophy. Go White Tigers!

Ben enjoyed a WHOLE cupcake for Ty's B-Day. He ate the entire thing and licked his fingers for an hour after. How about that orange nose from eating so much orange baby food.

Kandi's Birthday was also yesterday. Ty couldn't understand why aunt Kandi had her birthday on the same day as his. I was in labor all day with him on the 6th and Kandi was coaching me to make it to the 7th, for her b-day. Well, I made it...a few minutes past midnight.

We finally had a cake for Sean on Sunday. Only what, 4 days late! We went over to Auntie Barb's for dessert after lunch. Sean told Tyger the cake and candles were for him, because he was embarrassed.
For Tyger's birthday Nov 7, I took all the kids out of school early and we went to see Santa Clause 3. After the movie we went back to our house and had cupcakes and gifts and played. FUN!!!

Today is my Tyger Ty's 4th birthday! I couldn't help but go through a few old pictures to see how much he has grown. My 8lb. 11oz. baby boy was a whopper then and a brute now! I love and enjoy this little boy so much. He always has us laughing. Probably a little more than we should, which is why he's such a little stinker. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TYGER TY!!! This was Lainey's first day of Kinder. and Hudson's first day of 1st grade. Ty thought he was going along. He had a sandwich made too and really wanted to go. Poor Baby, he go left out. He'll go to school too soon. Why oh Why do they grow so fast?

I just took these next few pics in the backyard to hang in Ty's old fashioned sports themed room, which 2 years later has still not been accomplished. We did print and hang the pic though. Cute!

I had a terrible camera when this picture was taken. It makes me so mad, because almost all my pictures of dad with Ty are fuzzy. Dad sure would have loved the little boy Ty has become. He is such a little MAN, all Boy! I think they would have been just great buddies. We Miss you Dad!
